Welcome to the official blog for Stepping Stones Hypnosis Ltd.! My name is Solange Dunn, and I am the founder of Stepping Stones Hypnosis and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Master Hypnotist. With over 300 hours of professional training from leading hypnosis institutes, my passion is to provide a supportive and empowering space for people to unlock their inner strength and create a happier, more fulfilled life. I believe in the power of "motivational coaching via hypnotism" as a tool to help individuals confidently navigate life's challenges.



What is Hypnosis?
